Quick Reference Guide.pdf (3.2 MB) for ver 3.8, 32 pages
Not brand new (2002), doesn't explain anything, but shows all the menus, palettes, etc. Can help to nudge the memory, and it's small enough to be able to afford to print it in color even.

Not brand new, but a thorough overview tutorial on the system.

formZ Mini Manual.pdf (5.5 MB) for v 3.0 Demo, 78 pages
Not brand new (1999), but a pretty good, compact manual for the system.

RenderZone-RadioZity Manual.pdf (24.4 MB)
A dense color document about how to think about and execute RadioZity renderings (form•Z's radiosity algorithm).

Sketch Rendering Plugin.pdf (2.3 MB)
This describes the plug-in rendering module that create "sketch" renderings. It might not be installed everywhere, but here's what it can do.
